ChatSpring is go!

We finally made it! ChatSpring is now out of beta, and taking customers.

I’d like to thank all of our dedicated beta testers. Without their patience and wonderful suggestions, ChatSpring wouldn’t be where it is today. And as proof that we really do listen to our customers, I’d like to offer just a partial list of the features we’ve added to ChatSpring as a result of their suggestions.

• “The other person is typing” indicators
• Audio alerts
• Smilies
• Emailable chat transcripts.
• Redundant chat routing for multiple users
• The ability to fall back to email if no operator is available to chat.
• Employee monitoring by the administrator.
• A built in system for contacting support.

And I’m not even counting all of the bugfixes and minor UI tweaks!
